1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and idealink, inc., a Delaware C-corporation (Delaware File Number 6790050; U.S. Federal EIN 35-2756533) having its registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("OddIntel", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the website located at https://oddintel.io, the application available at https://oddintel.io/dashboard, the Telegram bot @oddsedgey_bot, the public Telegram channel @OddIntelSignals, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or 21 years where required by your local jurisdiction, including certain U.S. states);
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- You are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction in which sports betting, gambling, or the use of betting-related information services is illegal;
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service;

3. Description of the Service
OddIntel is an informational data analytics platform that identifies statistical inefficiencies in publicly available sports betting markets by comparing odds across multiple bookmakers.
What OddIntel is:
- A data tool that detects when one bookmaker's odds deviate from the market consensus ("value signals");
- A tool that detects pricing disagreements between bookmakers that produce a mathematically positive margin across all outcomes if every leg is placed at the stated prices ("arbitrage signals"). Realized returns depend on successful execution at the stated odds, bookmaker acceptance, stake limits, and other factors outside our control;
- A provider of historical and live odds data sourced from licensed third-party data aggregators.
What OddIntel is NOT:
- A sports betting or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, handle funds, or facilitate betting transactions;
- A tipster service. We do not predict outcomes of sporting events;
- A provider of financial, investment, or legal advice;
- Affiliated with any bookmaker, sportsbook, or betting exchange listed in the Service.
The signals, statistics, and information provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. Any decision to place, modify, or refrain from placing a bet is made solely by you, based on your own judgment, and at your own risk.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access premium features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and completing the magic-link authentication process. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Maintain the security of your email address, as possession of your email grants account access;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach;
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or are dormant for extended periods.
5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
The Service offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription. Pricing, features, and limits of each tier are published on the Service and may be updated from time to time.
Premium Subscription: Currently €19 per calendar month, billed in advance via Stripe, automatically renewing each month until you cancel. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) are added at checkout.
Payment Processing:All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Payment Terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that time.
Refunds: Except where required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable. EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, which you waive by activating the Service immediately upon purchase (this waiver is presented at checkout). For billing disputes, contact support@oddintel.io within 30 days of the charge.
Price Changes:We may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice via email. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
6. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit signals, data, or any part of the Service without our prior written consent;
- Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond documented API usage;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
- Share your account credentials or Telegram link with others;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or betting in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, signals, data compilations, trademarks, logos, and other materials within the Service are owned by or licensed to OddIntel and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Raw odds data is sourced from The Odds API under a commercial license. Bookmaker names and logos referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners; references are made for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and No Warranty
Please read this section carefully.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, signals, or any data;
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation;
- Non-infringement of third-party rights;
- Any particular outcome, profit, return on investment, or avoidance of loss from any bet placed in reliance on the Service.
Past signal performance, historical statistics, or closing line value metrics do not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds you wager.
Odds data is sourced from third-party aggregators and bookmakers may update, remove, or change prices at any moment. Signals may become stale, inaccurate, or unavailable between detection and the moment you attempt to act on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OddIntel, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, betting winnings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
- Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service;
- Damages resulting from any bet, wager, or financial decision made in reliance on the Service;
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
- Damages resulting from the conduct of any third party (including bookmakers, data providers, payment processors, or other users).
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OddIntel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable law;
- Your infringement of any third-party right;
- Any bet or wager you place, regardless of outcome.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion at support@oddintel.io.
Upon termination, your access to premium features ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
12. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Telegram for messaging, bookmaker websites for odds). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including waiver of class actions.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14.2 Informal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing legal@oddintel.io with a description of the claim. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 60 days of receipt.
14.3 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (including their formation, validity, performance, breach, or termination) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at adr.org). Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in English, in Wilmington, Delaware, or, at your election, by video conference or on documents only. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Class Action Waiver. You and OddIntel agree that each party may bring claims against the other only on an individual basisand not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable in a particular case, that case shall proceed in court, but the remainder of this Section 14 remains in effect.
14.5 Small Claims Exception.Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring qualifying claims in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction, provided the claim remains within that court's jurisdictional limits and is brought on an individual basis.
14.6 Injunctive Relief for Intellectual Property. Notwithstanding the arbitration provisions, either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a state or federal court located in Wilmington, Delaware to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property, confidentiality, or Section 6 (User Conduct and Restrictions). Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for this purpose.
14.7 30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement (Sections 14.3 and 14.4) by sending written notice, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, to legal@oddintel.io with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, email, and a statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
14.8 Consumer Rights (EU, UK, and Other Jurisdictions). Nothing in this Section 14 limits mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection law:
- You retain the right to bring proceedings against us in the courts of your country of residence for consumer-protection claims, to the extent required by applicable law;
- The choice of Delaware law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence;
- EU consumers may additionally use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14.9 Time Limitation. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred, except where applicable law requires a longer limitation period.
14.10 Severability. If any provision of this Section 14 is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms accepted at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and OddIntel regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
