Responsible Gambling

Our Commitment
OddIntel is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that help bettors make more informed decisions, but no tool can eliminate the risks of gambling. We encourage every user to:
- Only bet money you can genuinely afford to lose;
- Set strict limits on how much time and money you spend;
- Never chase losses by increasing stakes;
- Take regular breaks;
- Never gamble to escape stress, anxiety, or depression;
- Seek help at the first sign of a problem.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Ask yourself:
- Do you gamble to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, or depression?
- Have you tried unsuccessfully to stop, cut down, or control your gambling?
- Do you gamble with money intended for essential expenses (rent, food, bills)?
- Do you borrow money or sell possessions to finance gambling?
- Have you lied about your gambling to friends, family, or therapists?
- Do you feel compelled to gamble more to recover past losses ("chasing")?
- Has gambling caused problems in relationships, work, or your mental health?
- Have you felt restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to stop?
If you answered yes to any of these, please seek support from one of the organizations below — they are free, confidential, and staffed by people who understand.

Self-Exclusion
Most licensed bookmakers offer self-exclusion programs that block you from betting for a period you choose. Look for "self-exclusion", "time out", or "cooling off" in your account settings, or contact their support.
National multi-operator self-exclusion schemes also exist in some countries (e.g. GAMSTOP in the UK, OASIS in Germany, ROFUS in Denmark, BetStop in Australia). These exclude you from all licensed operators with a single registration.
Setting Personal Limits
Before you place any bet, write down:
- A bankroll you can afford to lose entirely — treat it as entertainment money, not investment capital.
- A maximum stake per bet — typically 1–5% of your bankroll, regardless of how confident any signal looks.
- A daily or weekly time limit — how long you will spend looking at betting markets.
- A stop-loss rule — if you lose X% of your bankroll, you stop until next month.
Stick to these limits. Revise them upward only with a clear head, never during a losing session.
